Delete Your Account

You can delete your A La Carte account and its data at any time, either directly in the app or by emailing us.

In the app

1. Open A La Carte and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap Account Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

By email

If you no longer have the app installed, email us from the address associated with your account and we'll process the deletion for you:

What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes your profile, recipes, pantry, grocery lists, meal plans, and uploaded photos within 30 days. Backups containing your data may persist for up to 90 days before cycling out of our backup systems. Some de-identified, aggregated analytics data may be retained. See our Privacy Policy for details.
